SEO Executive

Grow organic traffic that converts — technical fixes, content briefs and the unglamorous work that actually moves rankings.

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
  • On-site
  • Full time
  • 1–4 years experience

Our own site is a working example of what we sell: structured data, topic clusters, clean crawl paths, real page speed. This role keeps it that way and does the same for client sites.

A warning about the work: a good share of it is technical and repetitive. Auditing crawl errors, fixing internal links, chasing down duplicate titles, arguing for a redirect map before a migration. The rankings follow from that, not from a clever idea once a quarter.

You will have access to Search Console, GA4 and a proper crawler, and you will be expected to form your own view from the data rather than repeat what a blog post said. When you recommend something, we will ask why — and "best practice" is not an answer we accept on its own.

What you will do

  • Run technical audits and work through the fixes: crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicals, structured data
  • Do keyword and SERP research, and turn it into content briefs writers can actually use
  • Own on-page optimisation — titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema markup
  • Monitor Search Console and GA4 for indexation problems, ranking drops and traffic anomalies, and diagnose the cause
  • Track Core Web Vitals and raise the specific issues that need an engineer
  • Build and maintain topic clusters so related pages support each other instead of competing
  • Report monthly on rankings, organic sessions and organic-sourced leads
  • Keep an eye on how our pages are cited in AI answers, and adjust content structure accordingly

What we are looking for

  • 1–4 years in SEO, agency or in-house
  • Practical command of Google Search Console and GA4 — you can find a problem in them, not just open them
  • Experience with at least one crawler (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb or similar) and one research tool (Ahrefs, Semrush or similar)
  • Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals: robots.txt, canonical tags, redirect chains, XML sitemaps, JSON-LD structured data
  • Able to write and edit clearly in English, and to brief a writer properly
  • Comfortable reading HTML and understanding what a page is doing, even if you do not write code

Nice to have

  • Experience with international or multi-region SEO and hreflang
  • Some familiarity with HTML, CSS or a CMS template layer
  • Exposure to programmatic or template-driven page generation at scale
  • Interest in how AI search surfaces and cites sources

What we offer

  • Direct ownership of your area — no layer of management between you and the outcome
  • Work on accounts and products that ship to international clients
  • A senior team that will review your work properly and tell you what is wrong with it
  • Budget for the tools and certifications the role genuinely needs
  • Five-day week, on-site in Noida

About this role

A short introductory call, then a role-specific conversation with the person you would work under — usually including a practical exercise or a walk-through of something you have actually done. Two or three conversations in total, and we aim to give you a decision within a week of the last one.

Yes. The role is based at our office at A-7 Second Floor, Sector 10, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh. We are a small team and the work benefits from being in the same room.

No. It helps, but what matters more is clear written English and the willingness to occasionally shift your hours so a call lands inside a client's working day.

Apply anyway and say so in the cover note. The range describes who we expect to fit, not a filter we apply mechanically.
