We are based in Noida, India, and work with clients internationally. Our team works IST hours, with a daily overlap into the European morning and the Gulf working day; for clients in the Americas we schedule calls and cutover windows to suit your timezone rather than ours.

With a 30-minute technical call, no charge and no obligation. If there is a fit, we propose a short paid discovery — typically one to three weeks — that produces an architecture, a costed plan and a risk assessment. That document is yours whether or not you continue with us.

Usually, and it tends to produce the better outcome. We commonly run one workstream alongside your team’s, sharing a backlog and a definition of done. Knowledge transfer is written into the scope rather than left to the end.

You do, from the first commit. Repositories sit in your organisation, cloud accounts are in your name, and there is no escrow or licence arrangement. If you decide to work with someone else, nothing technical stands in the way.

Fixed-scope pricing for defined projects, monthly rates for dedicated teams, and fixed fees for assessments and audits. Products are priced per location per month with unlimited staff accounts. We do not charge percentage-of-savings on cost work.
