An engineering company that happens to sell services

What we do

Two things, deliberately. We deliver technology services for clients internationally — application development, cloud migration and optimisation, DevOps and DevSecOps, security engineering and audits, data engineering, and the digital marketing work that sits alongside them. And we build Layer, a family of CRM and booking products for local service businesses such as law firms, real estate agencies, HVAC contractors and clinics.

The two feed each other more than they compete for attention. Running our own products keeps us honest about what it costs to operate software rather than merely build it; the services work keeps us exposed to problems more varied than any single product would produce.

How we work

Senior-led, and we mean it

The people who scope the engagement are the people who deliver it. There is no arrangement where an experienced architect wins the work and a junior team executes it, and we do not staff a project with people learning on it.

You own everything

Repositories in your organisation from the first commit. Cloud accounts in your name. Documentation, runbooks and architecture decision records written for your team to operate the system without us. There is no escrow arrangement, no licensing of work we did for you, and nothing technical preventing you from leaving.

We think an engineering partner you cannot leave is not a partner, and we would rather be retained because the work is good.

We say no

We decline engagements where we do not think we are the right people, where the scope looks unachievable in the stated budget, or where the client wants a rewrite that we believe should be a modernisation. This costs us revenue in the short term. It costs less than a failed programme with our name on it.

Where we are

We are based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and work with clients internationally. Our team works IST hours, which gives a full working-day overlap with the Gulf and a substantial overlap with the European morning. For clients in the Americas we schedule stand-ups, reviews and cutover windows around your timezone rather than ours — cutovers in particular are planned to your business calendar, not our convenience.

How we are structured commercially

Fixed-scope pricing for defined projects. Monthly rates for dedicated teams. Fixed fees for assessments and audits. Per-location subscription pricing for products, with unlimited staff accounts.

We do not charge percentage-of-savings on cost optimisation work, because that model creates an incentive to defer the structural fixes that would reduce our own future revenue, and we would rather not have that argument with ourselves every month.

How we handle your data

We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before an engagement starts. Work happens in your cloud accounts and your repositories wherever possible, so the sensitive material never leaves your control. Where we must hold data, it is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege with MFA enforced, and every access is logged. If you need data to remain in a particular jurisdiction, we design the architecture for that from the start rather than treating it as a configuration detail.
