Business Development Executive

Open conversations with businesses abroad that need cloud, custom software or managed engineering — and turn them into qualified opportunities.

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
  • On-site
  • Full time
  • 1–5 years experience

This is the front of our pipeline. You find companies that plausibly need what we do, reach out with something worth reading, and get a first meeting booked. Most of our market is outside India, so the work runs across time zones and is largely written.

We do not run a volume-dial operation. Sending a thousand identical emails is easy and it does not work in this market — the buyers are technical, they have seen every template, and a generic pitch gets you filtered. Researching twenty accounts properly and writing twenty specific messages does work, and that is the job.

You will be given the ICP, the case studies, and access to the engineers who can answer a technical question on a call. What you bring is persistence and the judgement to tell a real opportunity from a polite conversation.

What you will do

  • Research and build target account lists that match our ideal customer profile
  • Run outbound across email, LinkedIn and calls, with messaging written for each account rather than blasted
  • Qualify inbound enquiries from the website and route them properly
  • Book and prepare discovery calls for senior team members, with a written brief on the account beforehand
  • Keep the CRM accurate — stage, next step, and honest notes; a clean pipeline is part of the role, not admin around it
  • Follow up systematically on opportunities that go quiet
  • Work with marketing so that campaigns and outbound target the same accounts
  • Report weekly on activity, meetings booked and pipeline created

What we are looking for

  • 1–5 years in business development, inside sales or lead generation — ideally B2B services or technology
  • Genuinely strong written English; you will be writing to decision-makers in the US, UK and Europe
  • Comfortable on the phone and on video calls with people more senior than you
  • Able to research an account and form a point of view about why they would care
  • Organised — you can hold fifty live conversations without losing track of any of them
  • Willing to work hours that overlap with international clients when a call requires it

Nice to have

  • Experience selling IT services, cloud or custom software development
  • Working knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo
  • Enough technical vocabulary to hold a conversation about cloud migration without bluffing

What we offer

  • Direct ownership of your area — no layer of management between you and the outcome
  • Work on accounts and products that ship to international clients
  • A senior team that will review your work properly and tell you what is wrong with it
  • Budget for the tools and certifications the role genuinely needs
  • Five-day week, on-site in Noida

About this role

A short introductory call, then a role-specific conversation with the person you would work under — usually including a practical exercise or a walk-through of something you have actually done. Two or three conversations in total, and we aim to give you a decision within a week of the last one.

Yes. The role is based at our office at A-7 Second Floor, Sector 10, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh. We are a small team and the work benefits from being in the same room.

No. It helps, but what matters more is clear written English and the willingness to occasionally shift your hours so a call lands inside a client's working day.

Apply anyway and say so in the cover note. The range describes who we expect to fit, not a filter we apply mechanically.
