Designed for the failure case
Every integration we build assumes the other end will be unavailable at some point. Messages are idempotent so a retry cannot double-post. Failures land in a dead-letter queue with enough context to replay. Reconciliation runs on a schedule and reports drift rather than waiting for someone to notice a wrong number.
