Customer Care Representative

Non-Delivery Return (NDR)
As an NDR (Non-Delivery Return) specialist, you will be responsible for managing returns and exchanges for non-delivered items. You will investigate the reasons for non-delivery, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely resolution for customers.
Digital Marketing Specialist
